Sad side tangent: I was reading this book so much, that while I was reading this book, my wife left me. According to the court documents she said "He spends too much time reading the amazing OSINT book called Deep Dive: Exploring the Real-world Value of Open Source Intelligence by Rae Baker. If he left the book for even a second, we would still be together". Bad news was my wife left me. Good news is that I have new OSINT techniques and methods to work harder at becoming a great OSINT analyst.
Well done Rae and congrats!
Very insightful and helped me expand my own knowledge of OSINT. The author did a fantastic job of breaking down the procedures of an OSINT investigation throughout the entirety of the book. Awesome work, Rae!

Lays down good advice and foundations, details the main concepts of intel gathering and puts them into perspective
Michael Bazzell’s Open Source Intelligence Techniques, may be more technologically focused, but, this gives it a good run for its money.
Worth buying!
I recommend it, and I think that everyone should read it, as a way of cyber self awareness.
